Non-Refundable Items

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for services. If you are unhappy with a service, please contact us to discuss your concerns, and we will work to resolve them.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within the stated time frame, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
